This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking strict compliance of Paragraph No. 4 of Government Order No. 402/1-2-2017 General/2017 dated 01.05.2017 and to take action against respondent nos. 6 and 7. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that in para 19, petitioner has indicated that respondent no.6 has illegally occupied petitioner's house and demanded exaction money from him qua which he has moved an application to the Police Commissioner, Kanpur Nagar by registered post on 23.08.2025. 3. The very fact that the petitioner has personal grievance against respondent no.6, filing of the present petition making allegations against respondent nos. 6 and 7 by claiming the petition as public interest litigation, cannot be countenanced.
