This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner alleging that respondent nos. 7 to 19 are indulging in selling more land than what is owned by them and therefore, action be initiated against them. 2. A perusal of the entire petition indicates that petitioner has failed to project any public interest worth the name in filing the present petition. A meaningful reading of the petition clearly indicates that the petition has been prepared after collecting certain documents. No cause has been indicated as to from where the petitioner, which is claimed to be a Foundation, got the information so as to investigate the issue.
