This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to constitute a committee to monitor and manage the administration of Maa Tarkulha Devi Temple and provide the basic amenities in the campus of said temple. Further prayer has been made requiring the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner. 2. Averments have been made pertaining to existence of a temple, misbehave by the Priest of the temple with the devotees and that the temple funds are being misused, besides seeking a direction as noted hereinbefore. 3.
