This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to hold inquiry against respondent no. 5 under Section 95 (1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. 2. Submissions have been made that despite repeated complaints made, inquiry has not been held and, therefore, the respondents be directed to undertake inquiry. 3. The allegations made are apparently incorrect and the petition has been filed by suppressing material document. A perusal of communication dated 03.06.2025, produced by the petitioner, indicates that the petitioner has alleged that the inquiry, which has been conducted and the respondent no. 5 has been exonerated, is a fabricated report and along with the said communication, copy of the report was annexed, however, the same has not been annexe
