This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner-Society inter alia seeking a direction to the State authorities to look into the matter and take needful action upon the application of the petitioner. 2. Submissions have been made that respondent no.9-Society was earlier known as Adarsh Inter College and now the same has been named as Chaudhary Basir Khan Inter College and working of the College also has been changed inter alia wherein weekly holiday has been changed from Sunday to Friday. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for indicating the said facts, as to how public interest is involved in the said change of name/weekly holiday, has not been indicated anywhere. 4. We do not find any public interest involved
