This petition has been filed by the Tehsil Bar Association, Loni seeking to question construction of the office of Sub-Registrar at a different place from the existing location. 2. The objections, as raised, only pertain to the distance from the present location. Plea is raised questioning the nature of the land of the selected location and that at the present location, the lawyers are able to do practice at multiple forums, whereas on account of the distance of new location, their practice would be affected. 3. The grounds sought to be raised, cannot be countenanced. Nothing has been produced or alleged seeking to sustain the objections raised qua the proposed construction of the office of Sub Registrar. 4.
