This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the alleged encroachment made by respondent nos. 6 to 13 over an area measuring 30' x 70' over 'Ram Chabutra' situated at Urdu Bazar, Ghazipur. 2. Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel specifically indicating that the alleged 'Chabutra' is within the boundary wall of respondent no. 6 and the suggestion made in the petition regarding the same being a public property, is factually incorrect. 3. The above aspect is also reflected from the report produced by the petitioner, Annexure-1, wherein also it is specifically indicated that the 'Chabutra' in question is within the property owned by respondent no. 6. 4. The petition filed is ex-facie frivolous. The
