This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed seeking action against respondent No.4-Brick-kiln. 2. Indications have been made that the brick-kiln is adjacent to the school and is affecting the health of the children of the school adversely. However, a perusal of the record indicates that it is the school itself which is petitioner No.2 which has filed the petition. 3. Filing of the petition by the school in the nature of Public Interest Litigation qua the brick-kiln which is adjacent to the school, cannot be countenanced. 4.
