This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to take immediate action regarding construction/maintenance of the dilapidated and broken bridge of Ganga River located at Panchalghat, Farrukhabad. 2. Instructions have been produced by counsel appearing for respondent no.4 - U.P. State Bridge Corporation inter alia indicating that in District Farrukhabad, National Highway 730-C from kilometer 0.00 to 52.770 is under construction/widening. The bridge in question, which is part of the National Highway, its repairing is being undertaken by the Government of India and the National Highways Authority, and it has been indicated that the repair of the bridge will take about 29 days and for the purpose of ensuring that the bridge co
