This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to question erection of GBM tower in Jagriti Park, C-Block, Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar (Kareli), Prayagraj . 2. During the pendency of the present petition, respondent no. 6 has filed a short counter affidavit inter-alia indicating that due to business reasons and considerable delay, the answering respondent is no longer inclined to install the mobile tower at the site in question. 3.
