This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the order dated 18.09.2024 passed by respondent no. 2 as well as inquiry report dated 13.09.2024. 2. During the pendency of the present petition, several orders were passed by the Court and on noticing that the District Magistrate based on the report dated 13.09.2024 has exonerated respondent nos. 6 and 7 and that the report (Annexure-10) was wholly cursory qua the preliminary report dated 12.04.2023, which was exhaustive and was reversed, time was granted to learned Standing Counsel to obtain better instructions in view of the observations made by the Court. 3.
