In compliance with the order dated 19.08.2025, a personal affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Azamgarh, another personal affidavit by the Tehsildar, Sadar, District Azamgarh and two counter affidavits on behalf of respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 and on behalf of respondent nos. 7 to 10. All these affidavits are taken on record. Let these be numbered by the office. In paragraph nos. 9 and 10 of the personal affidavit filed by the District Magistrate, Azamgarh, it is averred:- "9. That, the revenue team found that there is a temporary encroachment upon the land in dispute by way of plantation of paddy crops both by the respondents and petitioner and Bans Khuti of respondent no. 7. 10. That, the revenue team removed the encroachment made upon the disputed land with the help of local police force and presently there is no
