By means of this petition which is styled as public interest litigation, the following reliefs have been sought:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in nature of MANDAMUS commanding opposite party Nos.3 and 4 to remove the encroachment No.1 the partition wall as well as encroachment Nos. 2 to 6 as indicated in Site Plan of the said park and to restore the park such as with grass, walking strip, garden etc into its original form/ in one consolidated position i.e. MNDC as indicated in (ANNEXURE NO.-2) as by shifting B.S.A Office/ Information Office/ other public office from the park. ii.
