Submissions have been made that the shop in question is in violation of the provisions of the Rules as the same is within 100 mtrs. distance of B.N.D. Girls College and therefore, for violation of the provisions, the shop be ordered to be shifted. 3. Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel inter- alia indicating that the distance of the girls college is 190 mtrs.
