One is a personal affidavit of the Collector, Prayagraj, the other, a personal affidavit of the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Karchhana, District-Prayagraj, besides the counter affidavit on behalf respondent nos. 2 and 3. Let all these affidavit be taken on record and numbered by the office. In paragraph nos. 8 and 9 of the Collector's affidavit, it is averred: "8. That, on 06.09.2025, the revenue team submitted the report stating that there is no encroachment upon the Nali, but the Nali is used in way of path. 9. That, as per the report, the revenue team with the help of local police force in presence of the petitioner, by digging the soil as per the demarcation the existence of Nali has been completed.
