This writ petition has been filed seeking removal of encroachment situated at Gata No. 1768 and 1769 recorded as Chak Marg and drainage occupied by respondent no. 6 and also recover damages as per the order dated 29.03.2025 of the Tehsildar, Kisni. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that in P.I.L. No. 162 of 2025 filed by the petitioner, Tehsildar was directed to decide the pending case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. The matter came to be decided by order dated 29.03.2025, whereby the order of eviction was passed along with the recovery of damages.
