Instructions have been produced by the respondents twice. Initial instructions were not clear regarding the possession of respondent No. 9. Detailed instructions have been produced, inter alia, indicating the status of land, revenue record and the possession, wherein indications have been made that the respondent No. 9 though had deposited certain soil on the land in question, he is not in possession of the land comprised in Khasra No. 1468 recorded as Kabristan. 3.
