MUNIR, J. 1. A personal affidavit has been filed by the Collector, Jaunpur. Let it be taken on record and numbered by the office. He has said that the chak marg has been restored and fully laid out with earth. Photographs of the chak marg have been annexed at page nos. 8 and 9 of the Collector's personal affidavit dated 11.09.2025. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the fact that the chak marg has been cleared of all encroachment and restored. 3. In the circumstances, we direct the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Shahganj, District- Jaunpur and the Gram Pradhan, Village- Lavayan Bhagmalpur, Lavayan Jaunpur, District- Jaunpur to ensure that the chak marg, that has been restored, is not encroached by the owner of any adjoining field or any one else in any manner whatsoever. 4. This petitio
