The present PIL has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to complete the construction of Gudra Ghat Bridge at Gomti River at Surapur - Vijethua-Gudra-Koiripur Road, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur, at an early date. 2. The case of the petitioner is that at present there is no bridge over Gomti River, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur. A bridge was sanctioned long back in 2019, but it is still under construction, resulting in immense difficulties to the general public. 3.
