The present PIL has been filed ostensibly in public interest alleging that various co-operative societies and their officials are indulging in black marketing of fertilizers. The petitioner has filed newspaper cuttings in support of his submission. 2. As regard to the nature of grievance, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no. 2 by means of a representation along with supporting evidence and in which event, respondent no. 2 will call for the required report from appropriate authorities and issue directions as he may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.
