The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.2, 3 and 4 to stop ongoing illegal construction and remove the illegal encroachment upon the Gata No. 117 measuring area 0.3540 hectare which is recorded as Banjar land in revenue records situated at Village-Sahawan, Pargana- Paschimrath, Tehsil- Bikapur, District- Ayodhya, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority concerned
