Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Delhi to finally decide and adjudicate the Original Application bearing no. 1724 of 2021 within one week from any date as may be fixed by this Hon’ble Court; and b) Issue necessary writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus staying the effect and operation of the Office Order bearing no. 191 of 2021 dated 14.07.2021 issued by the Respondent CBI to the Petitioner till the final disposal of the said OA No. 1724 of 2021 pending before the Ld.
