Application for regular bail has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,(BNSS) on behalf of the Applicant Naqibullah Rodaie, in case S.C. No. 434/2021, for offences punishable under Sections 21, 23, and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the “NDPS Act”). 2. After they crossed the Green Channel, they were intercepted by Air Customs officers, based on intelligence inputs. As the accused persons only spoke Pashto, an independent interpreter was called. During preliminary questioning, both accused admitted to having concealed contraband inside their bodies.
