Vide this common judgment, this Court shall dispose of the cross-petitions filed by the petitioner and the respondent who are legally wedded to each other. By way of both these petitions, the parties assail the order dated 16.02.2024 [hereafter „impugned order‟], passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi [hereafter „Family Court‟] in M.T.
