Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. and petitioner, inter alia, seeks direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking and securing safe return of Ms. Shadiya from illegal and forceful confinement of his father, at behest of others. 2. The petition has been filed on her behalf by Association of Responsible Persons, an NGO. Ms. Shadiya, who is aged approximately 20 years, had been engaged with the NGO of petitioner, in the position of a Community Leader and according to petitioner-NGO, Ms. Shadiya had been missing since 31.08.2025.
