The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), to withdraw the Closure Notice cum Rejection Letter bearing No. DHO/Shah(S)/2025/D-182 dated 20th June, 2025, issued by the MCD. 2. The petitioner, in the present case, is running a manufacturing and trading business under the name of „The Bake Hous‟ and has rented a Shop bearing No. G-1, Ground Floor, Main Market Shakarpur, Delhi-110092. 3. It is submitted that shop is located in a commercial area, as declared and notified by the Urban Development Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (“GNCTD”). 4.
