Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 and petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus seeking directions to the respondent to produce his missing daughter of petitioner. 2. The brief facts of the case are that on 21.07.2025 at around 2:30 pm, petitioner’s daughter, aged 20 years, left their residence situated at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi and did not return thereafter. Petitioner tried his best to search for her but it was of no avail. Thereafter, on 23.07.2025, the petitioner approached the Police Station Vasant Kunj where an FIR regarding the missing girl was registered. 3. Status report dated 08.09.2025 is already on record.
