The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) challenging the judgment dated 11.09.2014 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’), passed by the learned Additional sessions Judge (‘ASJ’), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Criminal Appeal No. 36/2014. 2.
