The instant Appeal has been preferred by the Appellants herein challenging the Impugned Judgment and Order of Sentence dated 18.02.2003 and 20.01.2003 respectively passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as “Trial Court”), convicting the Appellants for offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”) in SC No.113/1996 arising out of FIR No.284/96 registered at Police Station Patel Nagar, Delhi. Vide Order of Sentence dated 20.01.2003, the Trial Court sentenced the Appellants herein, to undergo simple imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- each and in case of default in payment of the fine, to undergo further simple imprisonment of 2 (two) years. 2.
