The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of license with respect for the Catering General Minor Unit at PF-02/03 of Prayagraj Chheoki Railway Station. 2. It is submitted that the Letter dated 12th August, 2020, was issued by the Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, North Central Railway, Prayagraj, by way of which, the said catering stalls were allotted in favour of the petitioner, which was subsequently extended till 14th September, 2025, vide letter dated 21st May, 2020, for the period during which the catering stalls Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:HARIOM SHARMA W.P.(C) 14042/2025 Page 1 of 6 Signing Date:12.09.2025 14:50:14 remained closed due to Covid-19, which has been considered as “dies non” period. 3. It is submitted that this Court, on previous occasions, has granted relief in similar matters, wherein, extension has been granted beyond the “dies non” period. Attention of this Court has been drawn to the order dated 07th March, 2025, passed by the Predecessor Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 2953/2025, titled as Sadeek Ali Versus Union of India and Ors., wherein, further extension of 7 months has been granted to the petitioner therein. 4.
