The present appeal has been preferred under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the appellant challenging the judgment of conviction dated 29.08.2023 and the order on sentence dated 13.12.2023 passed by, ASJ-06 (East), Special Judge (POCSO), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in S.C. No. 2973/2018, arising out of FIR No. 85/2018 registered at P.S. Krishna Nagar, Delhi under Section 354 IPC and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.
