By virtue of judgment dated 13.03.2006, the petitioner was convicted under Sections 302/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 („IPC‟) and Section 25 of Arms Act in FIR No. 254/2003, and vide judgment dated 09.08.2012, he was convicted under Sections 395/397 of IPC in FIR No. 41/2011.
