The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in proceedings arising from NCB Case No. VIII/01/DZU/2024, registered under Section 1 “BNSS” 2 “CrPC” 2. On 17th January, 2024, acting on specific information, a parcel booked through DHL Express, Rama Road, New Delhi, bearing AWB No. 5115949005 and destined for Adelaide, Austr
