Present government appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 6.2.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Kasganj in Sessions Trials No. 354 of 2019, State of U.P. Versus Ajeet and others, (arising out of Case Crime No. 113 of 2019), under Sections 376, 323 IPC and Section ¾ POCSO
