These petitions have been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“ Arbitration Act”) impugning arbitral awards dated November 18, 2024 (collectively, “ Impugned Award”) passed by the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Pune (“Facilitation Council”).
