By way of the present appeal, the appellant seeks to assail the judgement of conviction dated 09.03.2022 vide which he has been convicted for offences punishable under Sections 363 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act and order on sentence dated 19.05.2022 vide which he has been directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 years for the offence punishable under Sections 6 POCSO Act along with payment of fine of Rs.10,000/-, in default whereof he was directed to further undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 6 months and rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 years for the offence punishable under Sections 363 IPC alongwith payment of fine of Rs.5,000/- in default whereof, he was directed Signature Not Verified Signed By:GAUTAM CRL.A. 603/2022 Page 1 of 13 ASWAL Signing Date:10.09.2025 19:19:11 to further undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 3 months.
