While allowing the writ petition the learned Single Judge has directed the appellant/school (hereinafter referred to as „the school‟) to re- admit respondent no.1 (hereinafter referred to as „the child‟) in Class-I or in an age-appropriate class as a fee paying student. The Court has further directed that the child shall be permitted to attend the school with the assistance of a parent appointed shadow teacher subject to the school‟s basic norms of decorum and safety. 2.
