The instant suit is filed seeking the following reliefs:- 2. Let the plaint be registered as a suit. 3. Summons be issued to the defendant by all permissible modes on filing of process fee. 4. Affidavit of service be filed within two weeks. 5. The summons shall indicate that the written stat
