This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Order dated 24.08.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.1252/2022, titled Dr. Rakhi Mehra, Group ‘A’ v. Union of India and Ors., dismissing the O.A. filed by the petitioner. 2. The petitioner further challenges the Order dated 18.05.2023 passed by the learned Tribunal in R.A. No. 69/2023 in the above O.A., dismissing the review application filed by the petitioner against the Order dated 24.08.2022, finding it to be barred by limitation. The petitioner had filed the above O.A. challenging therein the Order dated 24.03.2017, visiting the petitioner with the major penalty of ‘removal from service, which shall not be a disqualification for future employment made under the Government’, as also the Order dated 14.08.2020 (which is claimed to have been received by the petitioner on 24.02.2021) and whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the Order dated 24.03.2017 had been dismissed by the Appellate Authority. 4.
