Mr. Nikhil Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition challenging the speaking order passed by the respondent. However, he prays that his client may be protected till 10 October 2025 as he has to visit the doctors at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences following liver transplant undergone by him. 2. Without intending it to be treated as a precedent, we protect the petitioner from having to comply with the impugned order till 10 October 2025.
