The instant writ petition was filed for quashing of the first information report 2.3.2025 which had given rise to Case Crime No.0111 of 2025. The allegation made in the first information report was that Flat No. Mourya-101 in the society known as 'Mourya' was to be sold to the first informant and for that a price of Rs.66, 52, 875/- was also paid to the petitioners. An agreement was also drawn between the first informant and the petitioners. When the flat could not be completed, the first informant alongwith other 41 flat allottees had filed a complaint in the NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission) and by an order dated 15.10.2024, the builder company, of which
