When a first information report with regard to a no injury case was lodged under 109 of BNS alongwith other Section, then the instant writ petition was filed and the compromise which had thereafter been entered was also annexed with the writ petition. It was thereafter directed that the compromise be got verified by the Investigating Officer and also by the concerned Magistrate. 3. The report which has been received from the learned Magistrate is there on record. The report indicates that the parties had appeared before the concerned Magistrate and the Magistrate had verified the compromise. 4.
