Razeena Bano & others versus State of U.P. & others reported in 2015 (2) ADJ 232 and register first information report against respondents 2nd set in appropriate sections in the light of Circular dated 6.11.2014 issue by Director General of Police Uttar Pradesh as quoted in judgment of Smt.
