However, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 and the learned A.G.A. are present. 2. As per the order dated 21.3.2025, the petitioners had not deposited the money. Further it has been brought to our notice that the charge sheet in the case has been forwarded by the police 3. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed. 4.
