This writ petition has been filed for a direction that the application of the petitioner dated 2.8.2025 for lodging of a first information report be directed to be decided. 2. Learned AGA opposes the writ petition and submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing the application under Section 175(3) of the B.N.S.S., 2023. 3. We do find substance in the submissions made by the learned AGA. 4. Under such circumstances, we direct that if the petitioner files an application under Section 175(3) of B.N.S.S., 2023, within a period of ten days from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 5.
