Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parties were ready to enter into a compromise and a pre-condition was that the writ petition be got dismissed as not pressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is therefore praying for the dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed. He, however, states that a liberty be granted to file afresh in case the compromise fails. 2. Under such circumstances, we dismiss the writ petition as not pressed and grant the petitioner a liberty to approach this Court again in case the compromise fails. (Abdul Shahid,J.)
