This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 15.8.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0392 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 76, 351(3), 333, 109(1), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) and 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989, Police Station - Nai Mandi, District - Muzaffar Nagar, and a direction to the respondent authorities not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report. 2. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioners had been falsely implicated. 3.
