By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of the FIR dated 15.8.2025 lodged in Case Crime No.252 of 2025 under Sections- 108,351(2).351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Premnagar, District- Jhansi. 3.
