Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the application filed for the release of the attached property under Section 14(1) 15 of the Gangster Act was filed on 9.9.2021 was not being decided and is pending since 2021. 3. Learned AGA states that if the application has till date not been decided and that if the matter was still pending before the District Magistrate, Etah, then the case would be decided expeditiously within a period of one month. 4. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that if the application dated 9.9.2021 has till date not been decided and that if the case in the Gangster Act is still pending then the application dated 9.9.2021 be decided within a period of one month from the production of a certified
