Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the notice, which was issued on 12th December, 2024, has been received by the petitioner only on 18th August, 2025. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph-24 of the writ petition. 2. Learned AGA submits that if the petitioner submits a reply then the same shall be considered in accordance with law, unless some order has already been passed. 3. Under such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioner submits a reply within a period of 15 days from today then the same shall be entertained and suitable orders thereafter shall be passed.
